Step 3: Starting out – our work together
Our first meeting is approaching: We will sign a coaching contract on our agreed-upon conditions, like duration, number and frequency of your sessions.
Step 4: 6-10 sessions to the finish-line – the scope of your coaching
One session is 60-120 minutes in length, every 2 to 3 weeks. Usually we will have – depending on the issue at hand – 6-10 sessions.
